Striker Sesko will be absent from Slovenia's upcoming matches against Kosovo and Sweden due to a knee problem sustained during the latest match against Tottenham. However, the club remains hopeful that he might be back soon enough to face the Everton side following the international window.

Knock Particulars and Recovery Period

The attacker had to come off after 87 minutes of Saturday's 2-2 draw against Tottenham after being brought on in the 58th minute replacing teammate Mazraoui. Manager Ruben Amorim expressed concern after the game, resulting in the player's withdrawal from the Slovenian national team.

The club will carry out additional examinations at Carrington in the coming days, but early indications suggest a possible return ahead of the Everton match scheduled for 24 November.

Other Squad Updates

Maguire and Casemiro likewise were forced off the field during the Tottenham encounter. Although the defender's status is yet to be determined, it is understood that the midfielder is available and has joined international duty for Brazil.
